US Patent Issued to PENTAX Medical on Oct. 20 for "Endoscope" (Japanese Inventor)

ALEXANDRIA, Va., Oct. 21 -- United States Patent no. 12,765,760, issued on Oct. 20, was assigned to PENTAX Medical Corp. (Tokyo).

"Endoscope" was invented by Toshiki Watanabe (Tokyo).

According to the abstract* released by the U.S. Patent & Trademark Office: "An endoscope including a plurality of nozzles that injects a fluid toward an observation window, and an operation unit that operates the injection of the fluid by the nozzles, wherein a plurality of fluid channels that supplies the fluid from the operation unit to the nozzles is provided independently, and each nozzle performs the injection non-simultaneously."
