ALEXANDRIA, Va., April 15 -- United States Patent no. 12,599,195, issued on April 14, was assigned to Pashion Footwear Inc. (San Luis Obispo, Calif.).
"Fully convertible high heel-to-flat shoe" was invented by Haley Pavone (San Luis Obispo, Calif.), Seiji Alexander van Bronkhorst (San Francisco), Tyler Elise Unbehand (Irvine, Calif.), Daniel William Peter (Portland, Ore.), Mark Christopher Thompson (Portland, Ore.), David Sheldon Perry (Portland, Ore.), Carina Mary Hamel (Portland, Ore.) and Robert Hart Ringer (Portland, Ore.).
