ALEXANDRIA, Va., Nov. 6 -- United States Patent no. 12,459,771, issued on Nov. 4, was assigned to Papeltec Overseas Inc. (Atlantic Beach, Fla.).

"Method and apparatus for separating and spooling a paper web" was invented by Peter Rodriguez (Jacksonville, Fla.), Jason Rodriguez (Jacksonville, Fla.) and Craig Austin (Jacksonville, Fla.).
