ALEXANDRIA, Va., July 7 -- United States Patent no. 12,672,711, issued on July 7, was assigned to Owl Overland Outfitters LLC (Gettysburg, Pa.).

"Uni-directional sliding rotational work surface with indexing pin" was invented by Tanner J. Landis (York, Pa.) and Zachary R. Hartzell (Atlanta).

According to the abstract* released by the U.S. Patent & Trademark Office: "A portable kitchen assembly has a drawer assembly mounted on a primary slide. The drawer assembly has multiple working surfaces and a secondary slide. A first working surface mounted on the secondary slide. The secondary slide is oriented perpendicularly to the primary slide to allow the first working surface to slide away from the primary slide."
