ALEXANDRIA, Va., April 15 -- United States Patent no. 12,599,130, issued on April 14, was assigned to ORO AGRI INC. (Fresno, Calif.).
"Liquid agricultural adjuvant" was invented by Paulo Sergio Berg (Londrina, Brazil), Melvin Donovan Pullen (Burbank, Calif.), Dirk Barnard (Clovis, Calif.) and Jared Vanderzyl (Clovis, Calif.).
According to the abstract* released by the U.S. Patent & Trademark Office: "A liquid agricultural adjuvant including at least one alkyl (C1-C8) ester of an alkyl (C12-C16) acid; at least one anionic surfactant; and at least one nonionic surfactant.
