ALEXANDRIA, Va., July 21 -- United States Patent no. 12,688,084, issued on July 21, was assigned to Oracle International Corp. (Redwood Shores, Calif.).

"Intelligent data flow control valve" was invented by Mahesh Muthulankkat (Trivandrum, India) and Prabakar Paulsami (Redwood City, Calif.).
