US Patent Issued to Ohio State Innovation Foundation on Jan. 20 for "Apigenin glycosides flavor enhancers" (Ohio, Maryland Inventors)

ALEXANDRIA, Va., Jan. 20 -- United States Patent no. 12,527,339, issued on Jan. 20, was assigned to Ohio State Innovation Foundation (Columbus, Ohio).

"Apigenin glycosides flavor enhancers" was invented by Devin Peterson (Upper Arlington, Ohio), Eric Schwartz (Rockville, Md.) and Wen Cong (Dublin, Ohio).
