US Patent Issued to NVIDIA on Sept. 29 for "Graph-based memory storage" (British, American Inventors)

ALEXANDRIA, Va., Sept. 30 -- United States Patent no. 12,748,538, issued on Sept. 29, was assigned to NVIDIA Corp. (Santa Clara, Calif.).

"Graph-based memory storage" was invented by Alexander James Collins (Edinburgh, Great Britain) and Vinod Grover (Mercer Island, Wash.).

According to the abstract* released by the U.S. Patent & Trademark Office: "Apparatuses, systems, and techniques to cause information to be stored in one or more memory locations based, at least in part, on one or more graphs. In at least one embodiment, a compiler analyzes one or more graphs to determine one or more sets of data items to be stored in one or more consecutive memory locations."
