ALEXANDRIA, Va., Sept. 30 -- United States Patent no. 12,750,114, issued on Sept. 29, was assigned to NVIDIA Corp. (Santa Clara, Calif.).
"5G resource assignment technique" was invented by Yan Huang (Blacksburg, Va.), James Hansen Delfeld (Austin, Texas) and Harsha Deepak Banuli Nanje Gowda (Santa Clara, Calif.).
According to the abstract* released by the U.S. Patent & Trademark Office: "Apparatuses, systems, and techniques to select a group devices to utilize a frequency band. In at least one embodiment, a plurality of groupings are generated in parallel and one of the selected groupings is selected to utilize the frequency band."
The patent was filed on Oct. 30, 2019, under Application No. 16/669,402.
