ALEXANDRIA, Va., May 26 -- United States Patent no. 12,639,055, issued on May 26, was assigned to NVIDIA Corp. (Santa Clara, Calif.).
"Dynamic compiler parallelism techniques" was invented by Vinod Grover (Mercer Island, Wash.) and Thibaut Lutz (Santa Clara, Calif.).
According to the abstract* released by the U.S. Patent & Trademark Office: "Compiler techniques lot inline parallelism and re-targetable parallel runtime execution of logic iterators enables selection thereof from the source code or dynamically during the object code execution."
The patent was filed on Dec. 10, 2018, under Application No. 16/215,508.
