ALEXANDRIA, Va., Feb. 17 -- United States Patent no. 12,554,542, issued on Feb. 17, was assigned to NVIDIA Corp. (Santa Clara, Calif.).

"Application programming interface to indicate operations" was invented by Ajit Panditrao Hakke Patil (Louisville, Colo.), Vivek Belve Kini (San Jose, Calif.) and Michael Christopher Delorme (San Jose, Calif.).
