US Patent Issued to NTT on July 14 for "Semiconductor chip and optical module" (Japanese Inventors)

ALEXANDRIA, Va., July 14 -- United States Patent no. 12,683,360, issued on July 14, was assigned to NTT Inc. (Tokyo).

"Semiconductor chip and optical module" was invented by Takahiko Shindo (Musashino, Japan), Meishin Chin (Musashino, Japan) and Shigeru Kanazawa (Musashino, Japan).
