ALEXANDRIA, Va., May 12 -- United States Patent no. 12,628,156, issued on May 12, was assigned to NTT DOCOMO Inc. (Tokyo).

"Terminal and method for controlling repetition of uplink control channel" was invented by Daisuke Kurita (Tokyo), Hiroki Harada (Tokyo) and Shohei Yoshioka (Tokyo).

According to the abstract* released by the U.S. Patent & Trademark Office: "A terminal transmits an uplink control channel corresponding to an antenna beam transmitted from a radio base station.
