ALEXANDRIA, Va., Sept. 8 -- United States Patent no. 12,729,375, issued on Sept. 8, was assigned to NOVOZYMES A/S (Bagsvaerd, Denmark).
"Alpha-amylase variants" was invented by Carsten Andersen (Vaerloese, Denmark).
According to the abstract* released by the U.S. Patent & Trademark Office: "The present invention relates to alpha-amylase variants. The present invention also relates to polynucleotides encoding the variants; nucleic acid constructs, vectors, and host cells comprising the polynucleotides; and methods of using the variants."
The patent was filed on Oct. 6, 2021, under Application No. 18/044,836.
