ALEXANDRIA, Va., June 9 -- United States Patent no. 12,649,893, issued on June 9, was assigned to Novozymes A/S (Bagsvaerd, Denmark).
"Microbial cleaning compositions" was invented by Kenneth Edmund Kellar (Fuquay Varina, N.C.), Hilary Cheeseman (Durham, N.C.) and John Harp (Durham, N.C.).
According to the abstract* released by the U.S. Patent & Trademark Office: "The invention provides an aqueous microbial cleaning composition having excellent storage and germination properties, comprising bacterial spores and alkyl polyglucosides or sodium lauryl ether sulfates."
The patent was filed on June 1, 2021, under Application No. 17/998,315.
