US Patent Issued to Nokia Technologies on Feb. 17 for "Scaling list parameter-based video or image coding" (South Korean Inventors)

ALEXANDRIA, Va., Feb. 17 -- United States Patent no. 12,556,686, issued on Feb. 17, was assigned to Nokia Technologies Oy (Espoo, Finland).

"Scaling list parameter-based video or image coding" was invented by Seethal Paluri (Seoul, South Korea) and Seunghwan Kim (Seoul, South Korea).
