ALEXANDRIA, Va., April 7 -- United States Patent no. 12,598,491, issued on April 7, was assigned to NOKIA TECHNOLOGIES OY (Espoo, Finland).

"Prediction in a distributed network" was invented by Anna Pantelidou (Massy, France) and Hakon Helmers (Massy, France).
