ALEXANDRIA, Va., Feb. 17 -- United States Patent no. 12,553,694, issued on Feb. 17, was assigned to NL ENTERPRISES LLC (Cheyenne, Wyo.).

"Projectile construction, launcher, and launcher accessory" was invented by Christopher Pedicini (Brentwood, Tenn.) and Joshua Pedicini (Nashville, Tenn.).
