ALEXANDRIA, Va., Sept. 8 -- United States Patent no. 12,732,038, issued on Sept. 8, was assigned to NIPPON STEEL Corp. (Tokyo).
"Rotor core, rotor, and rotary electric machine" was invented by Rei Honma (Tokyo).
According to the abstract* released by the U.S. Patent & Trademark Office: "In a rotor core cross section, positions of open-end front-side corner portions (1131a, 1131c) are on a rear side in a rotation direction of a rotor core (811) further than reference positions (831a, 831b)."
The patent was filed on Sept. 29, 2022, under Application No. 18/689,719.
