ALEXANDRIA, Va., March 17 -- United States Patent no. 12,581,175, issued on March 17, was assigned to NIPPON CHEMI-CON Corp. (Tokyo).
"Camera module, control method therefor, and manufacturing method therefor" was invented by Katsuya Tamaki (Tokyo), Masahiro Komiya (Tokyo) and Naohisa Shibata (Tokyo).
According to the abstract* released by the U.S. Patent & Trademark Office: "A camera module includes, for example, a light source, a ToF sensor configured to detect reflected light from a subject that receives light from the light source, and a heat conduction member that conducts heat of the light source to the ToF sensor."
