US Patent Issued to NICOVENTURES TRADING on March 17 for "Aerosol generation" (British Inventors)

ALEXANDRIA, Va., March 17 -- United States Patent no. 12,575,595, issued on March 17, was assigned to NICOVENTURES TRADING Ltd. (London).

"Aerosol generation" was invented by Walid Abi Aoun (London) and Bryan Allbutt (London).

According to the abstract* released by the U.S. Patent & Trademark Office: "An aerosol generating article for use in an aerosol generating assembly, the article comprising an aerosol generating substrate comprising an aerosol generating material, wherein the aerosol generating material comprises an amorphous solid, the amorphous solid comprising: 1-60 wt % of a gelling agent; 5-60 wt % of an aerosol generating agent; and 10-60 wt % of a tobacco extract; wherein these weights are calculated on a dry weight basis."
