ALEXANDRIA, Va., Feb. 11 -- United States Patent no. 12,548,705, issued on Feb. 10, was assigned to Navitas Semiconductor Ltd. (Dublin).

According to the abstract* released by the U.S. Patent & Trademark Office: "An integrated voltage regulator comprises a plurality of semiconductor devices and a circuit board including a plurality of thermally conductive inlays. A substrate is thermally coupled to the circuit board and to the plurality of thermally conductive inlays."
