"LiDAR and method of fast photon-count integration for LiDAR" was invented by Tzu-Hsien Sang (Hsinchu, Taiwan), Chia-Ming Tsai (Hsinchu, Taiwan), Yung-Chien Liu (Hsinchu, Taiwan), Ningkai Yang (Hsinchu, Taiwan) and Ting-Yuan Wang (Hsinchu, Taiwan).
