ALEXANDRIA, Va., April 7 -- United States Patent no. 12,596,243, issued on April 7, was assigned to NATIONAL YANG MING CHIAO TUNG UNIVERSITY (Hsinchu City, Taiwan).

"Laser scanning microscope with electrical high-order modulation extraction module" was invented by Ming-Che Chan (Tainan City, Taiwan).
