"Power-free passive stabilizing device and system working at interface of different media" was invented by Hung-Yin Tsai (Hsinchu, Taiwan), Shang-Ru Wu (Taichung, Taiwan), Shang-Yi Kung (Taipei, Taiwan), Cheng-Yang Li (Chiayi, Taiwan), Yu-Cheng Wu (Taipei, Taiwan) and Yu-Ting Su (Taipei, Taiwan).
