ALEXANDRIA, Va., Sept. 24 -- United States Patent no. 12,740,885, issued on Sept. 22, was assigned to NATIONAL TAIWAN UNIVERSITY (Taipei City, Taiwan) and NATIONAL TAIWAN UNIVERSITY HOSPITAL HSIN-CHU BRANCH (Hsinchu County, Taiwan).
