ALEXANDRIA, Va., Feb. 11 -- United States Patent no. 12,545,747, issued on Feb. 10, was assigned to National Institute of Advanced Industrial Science and Technology (Tokyo) and Sumitomo Bakelite Co. Ltd. (Tokyo).
