ALEXANDRIA, Va., July 16 -- United States Patent no. 12,667,548, issued on June 30, was assigned to Nacuity Pharmaceuticals Inc. (Fort Worth, Texas).
"Treatment of retinitis pigmentosa and retinitis pigmentosa associated with Usher Syndrome with N-acetylcysteine amide" was invented by Jami Kern (Fort Worth, Texas) and G. Michael Wall (Fort Worth, Texas).
