US Patent Issued to Mitsubishi Materials on May 5 for "Low alpha-ray emission stannous oxide and method of producing the same" (Japanese Inventors)

ALEXANDRIA, Va., May 5 -- United States Patent no. 12,617,694, issued on May 5, was assigned to Mitsubishi Materials Corp. (Tokyo).
