US Patent Issued to Mitsubishi Gas Chemical on May 19 for "Holding tool and manufacturing method" (Japanese Inventors)

ALEXANDRIA, Va., May 19 -- United States Patent no. 12,635,468, issued on May 19, was assigned to Mitsubishi Gas Chemical Co. Inc. (Tokyo).

"Holding tool and manufacturing method" was invented by Yusaku Nishihara (Yokohama, Japan), Chisato Murata (Yokohama, Japan), Yuhei Hasuike (Yokohama, Japan) and Nobuki Hirooka (Yokohama, Japan).

According to the abstract* released by the U.S. Patent & Trademark Office: "Proposed is a holding tool that satisfies physical properties of a flexural modulus in a circumferential direction of 50 GPa or more and a warpage of not more than 0.5 mm.
