ALEXANDRIA, Va., Feb. 11 -- United States Patent no. 12,543,753, issued on Feb. 10, was assigned to Midwest Yogurt Inc. (Minnetonka, Minn.).

"Cultured dairy products and method of preparation" was invented by James D Fischer (Maplewood, Minn.), Lynne H Nathan (Minneapolis) and Shannyn Stuart (St. Louis Park, Minn.).
