ALEXANDRIA, Va., Dec. 2 -- United States Patent no. 12,486,260, issued on Dec. 2, was assigned to Merck Patent GmbH (Darmstadt, Germany).
"Indazolyl-isoxazole derivatives for the treatment of diseases such as cancer" was invented by Dieter Dorsch (Ober-Ramstadt, Germany) and Andreas Blum (Bensheim, Germany).
According to the abstract* released by the U.S. Patent & Trademark Office: "Compounds of the formula Iare provided. These compounds can inhibit c-Kit kinase and can be employed for the treatment of cancer."
