ALEXANDRIA, Va., Sept. 15 -- United States Patent no. 12,735,377, issued on Sept. 15, was assigned to Merck Electronics KGAA (Darmstadt, Germany).

"Spin on metal-organic formulations" was invented by Orest Polishchuk (Bayonne, N.J.) and Takanori Kudo (Bedminster, N.J.).
