ALEXANDRIA, Va., Sept. 10 -- United States Patent no. 12,410,334, issued on Sept. 9, was assigned to Memjet Technology Ltd. (Dublin).
"Inkjet inks for minimizing ghosting artefacts" was invented by Jognandan Prashar (North Ryde, Australia).
According to the abstract* released by the U.S. Patent & Trademark Office: "An inkjet ink includes: an ink vehicle; a polymer; a surfactant package containing an ethoxylated acetylenic nonionic surfactant having an HLB value in the range of 5 to 10; and an ABA-type bis-alkoxylated silicone compound. The ink has a surface tension in the range of 26 to 31 mN/m."
The patent was filed on Feb. 24, 2022, under Application No. 17/680,075.
