ALEXANDRIA, Va., May 26 -- United States Patent no. 12,636,044, issued on May 26, was assigned to Medtronic Navigation Inc. (Louisville, Colo.).

"Mount for holding reference frame during a surgical procedure" was invented by Jeffrey M. Schwamb (Broomfield, Colo.) and Kristen Temnyk (Wheat Ridge, Colo.).
