ALEXANDRIA, Va., Feb. 24 -- United States Patent no. 12,559,020, issued on Feb. 24, was assigned to MBull Holdings LLC (North Miami Beach, Fla.).
"Dual mode cargo restraint" was invented by Matthew Bullock (McLean, Va.).
According to the abstract* released by the U.S. Patent & Trademark Office: "One or more polymer foam-cored cargo restraint panels may be placed adjacent to a stack of cargo units in a cargo container. Tails of the load restraint strips may be wrapped around the cargo restraint panels, tensioned, and secured together. The wrapped load restraint strip tails may be tensioned using a tensioning tool or using elastic strips, and the wrapped and tensioned tails may be secured together."
