ALEXANDRIA, Va., Feb. 17 -- United States Patent no. 12,557,390, issued on Feb. 17, was assigned to Magnolia White Corp. (Tokyo).
"Display device" was invented by Yoshitaka Ozeki (Tokyo) and Satoshi Tokura (Tokyo).
According to the abstract* released by the U.S. Patent & Trademark Office: "A display device includes a first transistor. The first transistor includes an oxide semiconductor layer, a first gate electrode facing the oxide semiconductor layer and a gate insulating layer between the oxide semiconductor layer and the first gate electrode. The first gate electrode has hydrogen storage properties."
The patent was filed on Aug. 9, 2024, under Application No. 18/799,070.
