ALEXANDRIA, Va., Feb. 11 -- United States Patent no. 12,549,139, issued on Feb. 10, was assigned to Macom Technology Solutions Holdings Inc. (Lowell, Mass.).
"Radio frequency power amplifier implementing an off mode output impedance control and a process of implementing the same" was invented by Christophe Joly (Sacramento, Calif.) and Michael Devita (Mesa, Ariz.).
According to the abstract* released by the U.S. Patent & Trademark Office: "A device may include an input port; a RF output port; a RF amplifier device; and an off mode output impedance control."
The patent was filed on Dec. 2, 2022, under Application No. 18/061,246.
