ALEXANDRIA, Va., Feb. 24 -- United States Patent no. 12,561,984, issued on Feb. 24, was assigned to Lumileds Singapore Pte. Ltd. (Singapore).

"Controllable headlamp" was invented by Benno Spinger (Aachen, Germany), Dirk Vanderhaeghen (Wilrijk, Belgium), Ronald Johannes Bonne (Plainfield, Ill.), Wouter Schrama (Nuenen, Netherlands), Norbert Lesch (Vaals, Netherlands) and Patrick van den Akker (Valkenburg aan de Geul, Netherlands).
