"Enhanced-image reflective telescope" was invented by Hongyun Qiu (Beijing).
According to the abstract* released by the U.S. Patent & Trademark Office: "An enhanced-image reflective telescope includes a concave reflective primary mirror configured to reflect light onto a reflective secondary mirror, the reflective secondary mirror configured to reflect reflected light from the concave reflective primary mirror by 90 degrees into an eyepiece, a processor, a projection mechanism, the eyepiece, and a light collecting system."
