ALEXANDRIA, Va., July 14 -- United States Patent no. 12,680,240, issued on July 14, was assigned to Ligchine International Corp. (Floyds Knobs, Ind.).

"Electronically actuated leveling system for screeding concrete" was invented by Peter A. Ligman (Darien, Wis.) and Gary Ligman (Jeffersonville, Ind.).
