ALEXANDRIA, Va., Sept. 8 -- United States Patent no. 12,731,829, issued on Sept. 8, was assigned to LG Energy Solution Ltd. (Seoul, South Korea).

"Pouch-shaped battery case having hidden-type gas pocket, pouch-shaped secondary battery including the same, and battery module including the same" was invented by Han Ki Yoon (Daejeon, South Korea) and Kye Yeon Ryu (Daejeon, South Korea).
