US Patent Issued to LG ENERGY SOLUTION on Sept. 22 for "Jig device" (South Korean Inventor)

ALEXANDRIA, Va., Sept. 24 -- United States Patent no. 12,741,460, issued on Sept. 22, was assigned to LG ENERGY SOLUTION LTD. (Seoul, South Korea).

"Jig device" was invented by Seok-Hyun Hong (Daejeon, South Korea).

According to the abstract* released by the U.S. Patent & Trademark Office: "A jig device includes a coater configured to coat an outer surface of a workpiece supplied at a constant speed with a coating material; a cutter configured to cut the workpiece; and a taper configured to tape the outer surface of the workpiece."
