US Patent Issued to LG Display on Sept. 15 for "Organic light emitting element" (South Korean Inventors)

ALEXANDRIA, Va., Sept. 15 -- United States Patent no. 12,740,317, issued on Sept. 15, was assigned to LG Display Co. Ltd. (Seoul, South Korea).

"Organic light emitting element" was invented by Seonkeun Yoo (Paju-si, South Korea), Youngjun Yu (Paju-si, South Korea) and SangBeom Kim (Paju-si, South Korea).

According to the abstract* released by the U.S. Patent & Trademark Office: "Embodiments of the disclosure relate to an organic light emitting element. Specifically, there may be provided an organic light emitting element having high efficiency or long lifespan by including a first electrode, a second electrode, and an organic material layer positioned therebetween wherein the organic material layer includes a specific compound."
