ALEXANDRIA, Va., March 17 -- United States Patent no. 12,575,582, issued on March 17, was assigned to Land O'Lakes Inc. (Arden Hills, Minn.).

"Product and method of producing dairy products comprising dairy-derived emulsifying salts" was invented by Thomas Alexander Glenn III (Shoreview, Minn.) and Richard Dinesen (Woodbury, Minn.).
