ALEXANDRIA, Va., Nov. 25 -- United States Patent no. 12,479,516, issued on Nov. 25, was assigned to Kubota Corp. (Osaka, Japan).
"Multipurpose vehicle" was invented by Yuki Monde (Sakai, Japan).
According to the abstract* released by the U.S. Patent & Trademark Office: "A multipurpose vehicle, including: a drain outlet for waste fluid; a skid plate covering a body of the multipurpose vehicle from below and having an opening in an area facing the drain outlet; and a spread prevention section surrounding the opening and configured to prevent spread of liquid near the opening."
