ALEXANDRIA, Va., Feb. 17 -- United States Patent no. 12,556,725, issued on Feb. 17, was assigned to Koninklijke KPN N.V. (Rotterdam, Netherlands) and Nederlandse Organisatie Voor Toegepast-Natuurwetenschappelijk Onderzoek TNO ('s-Gravenhage, Netherlands).
