US Patent Issued to Kioxia on Nov. 4 for "Memory system" (Japanese Inventors)

ALEXANDRIA, Va., Nov. 6 -- United States Patent no. 12,461,686, issued on Nov. 4, was assigned to Kioxia Corp. (Tokyo).

"Memory system" was invented by Tasuku Kobayashi (Yokohama Kanagawa, Japan), Daisuke Uchida (Fujisawa Kanagawa, Japan) and Michita Fujii (Yokohama Kanagawa, Japan).
