ALEXANDRIA, Va., Feb. 11 -- United States Patent no. 12,548,624, issued on Feb. 10, was assigned to Kioxia Corp. (Tokyo).

"Memory system having a non-volatile memory and a controller configured to switch a mode for controlling an access operation to the non-volatile memory" was invented by Riki Suzuki (Yokohama Kanagawa, Japan) and Yoshihisa Kojima (Kawasaki Kanagawa, Japan).
