US Patent Issued to Kioxia on April 21 for "Chip heat treatment system" (Japanese Inventors)

ALEXANDRIA, Va., April 21 -- United States Patent no. 12,608,294, issued on April 21, was assigned to Kioxia Corp. (Tokyo).

"Chip heat treatment system" was invented by Tomoya Sanuki (Yokkaichi Mie, Japan), Hitomi Tanaka (Ota Tokyo, Japan), Hajime Sano (Katsushika Tokyo, Japan), Tatsuro Hitomi (Yokohama Kanagawa, Japan), Yasuhito Yoshimizu (Kawasaki Kanagawa, Japan) and Kazuma Hasegawa (Kamakura Kanagawa, Japan).
